Founded in 1894, we are celebrating 131 years of service. The Mary Ball Chapter is one of 36 DAR chapters in Washington State and is part of the 3,000 DAR chapters nationwide and around the world. We have a strong commitment to promote meaningful actions in service to our community, supporting education, preserving history, and honoring our country, while building lifelong friendships. NSDAR is a non-profit,
non-political volunteer women's service organization dedicated to promoting patriotism, preserving American history, and securing America's future through quality education for children. Any woman 18 years or older who can prove lineal descent from a patriot of the American Revolution, regardless of race, religion, or ethnic background, is eligible for membership.
